Shipping Information

We dispatch our orders within 1–3 business days after receipt of payment. Delivery time is usually 3–7 business days within Austria and the EU.

Return Policy

You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving a reason. The return window begins on the day you received the goods.

Return Process

1. Contact us by email at office@manunik.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
2. You will receive a confirmation from us as well as further instructions for returning the goods.
3. Return the goods in their original or equivalent condition.

Refund

Upon receipt and inspection of the returned goods, we will refund the purchase price within 14 days to your original payment method.

Exceptions

Personalized or custom-made items are excluded from the right of return unless there is a defect.
